Marilyn Manson, nice guy

On even, Marilyn Manson looks Adult Webcam a long pale worm. Checking in at 6'1" and 135 pounds, he has a build similar to that of Manute Bol, a seven-foot, stick-thin former basketball player from Sudan whose career was tragically cut short by his inability to dribble, pass, or shoot. Manson is more fortunate. He can't sing or write song lyrics, but is nonetheless enjoying a run as one of the nation's hottest rock stars.
Manson is -- as his critics say -- certainly a symbol of American pop culture's continued race toward depravity. His latest album is titled Anti-Christ Superstar and his lyrics celebrate things Adult Webcam suicide, destruction, and disease. But what Manson is about on a deeper level is our culture's premiere value: hype. The old injunction to "shock the bourgeois" long ago was amended to "shock the bourgeois -- and sell millions of dollars worth of albums to their children."
This weird marketing dynamic is suggested stage by Brian Warner's even name, Marilyn Manson. "Marilyn" is a reference to superstar Marilyn Monroe, "Manson" to super-murderer Charles Manson, a co-mingling of celebrity and criminality. The band's popularity is at least a partial validation of the idea behind Oliver Stone's odious Natural Born Killers, in which two serial murderers become beloved celebrities. Any publicity -- stage as a deranged Satanist --is good publicity, so long as it filters down to teenagers ready and able to spend their parents' money.
At a recent show in Washington, D.C., the median age of Manson's audience was about 14. Parents paced in the back of the hall before the show Adult Webcam chaperons at a prom, one dad explaining how he didn't want his teenage daughter to come alone -- then fielding a cell-phone call from Mom. Other parents waited outside in cars to pick up their kids, who were decked out in black costumes, sinister make-up, and T-shirts reading "666" or "American by Birth, Anti-Christ by Choice." ("Mom, I'm going to listen to Satan music. Can you pick me up at 11 o'clock?")
The basic appeal of Manson's music is the same for teenagers as saying dirty words. The warm-up band -- an unlikely ensemble that played, of all things, three cellos -- at one point asked the audience, "Do you know what 'feces' means?" Everyone called out: "S -- !" (Hey, it's not an SAT word, but we'll take what we can get.) Manson, whose voice makes Bob Dylan sound Adult Webcam Pavarotti, sings one song that, as far as I can tell, consists almost entirely in yelling the word "goddamn." His oeuvre also frequently features "mother-f -- -- ." The kids love it.
And why shouldn't they? Manson's act is a calculated attempt to take the two things mothers always tell children it isn't polite to talk about -- religion and sex -- and be as rude about them as possible. He sings the songs of his Anti-Christ album -- chronicling the rise of a world-destroying demon (or something Adult Webcam that) -- against the backdrop of a large stained-glass window and a cathedral facade. Ripping up a Bible is a frequent even trick.
Meanwhile, the bare-chested Manson writhes on even wearing women's nylons, a back-brace/corset, and long lace gloves up to his elbows. The get-up is designed to create as twisted a counter-image of sexiness as possible (one T-shirt on sale at the concert reads "Sex is dead"). Between inviting his audience to spit on him and cutting himself with broken glass, Manson will rub his own nether regions in what might be the most objectionable part of his show.
But, interestingly, the tyranny of niceness that Allan Bloom first identified on college campuses has become so widespread it infects stage figures Adult Webcam Manson. Howard Stern recently starred in a movie about himself based entirely on the idea that he's a nice guy, stage if he does make his living telling dis- gusting jokes in public. Manson too wants it known that he doesn't, as rumor has it, torture puppies or fellate fellow musicians on even (he did the latter only once). And stage if he does belong to the Church of Satan, he's also an Episcopalian.
"Niceness" is the one value no one dares transgress. It's open season, of course, on everything else. I doubt kids take Manson's staged evil too seriously. But the iconography of his shows -- the self-laceration, the back-braces and bizarre crutches, etc. -- is a celebration of pain and perversity. He joins so many other influences in the culture -- the film Pulp Fiction stands out -- that treat cruelty, violence, and deviance as the subject matter of campy jokes or as casual tools to be wielded by a hip elite.
Manson will deny promoting any values whatsoever: he's just for people being themselves. His fans instinctively say the same thing, falling back on a tolerance defense that inevitably turns common sense on its head. One girl in black lipstick earnestly explained that Manson minds his own business, in con- trast to the Christian protesters handing out fliers outside the show. "Pass- ing out those little Christian papers," she assures me, as the lights go dim and Manson makes his entrance, arms spread wide in a none-too-subtle crucifixion reference, "That's wrong."

Who needs a zoot to make Adult Webcam?
makign Adult Webcam sober is all well and good, but sometimes a zoot helps me come out with wierd shit.
normally dedicate zuton to when im graffin or scribblin though. i find its good for the boring things...editing samples, setting tune points, rendering mixes, building kits etc.
but when it comes to mixing a loop, it CAN be more of a hindrance.
on some Adult Webcam, the 'baked' mix sounds better than the sober one though. not everything has to be mixed down to perfection!
My dubstep mixes: deffo. i cant sit and concentrate on a loop unless i'm chonged - a few jays helps things flow more fluently and makes the tedious editing tasks seem a bit more fun.

Last time I tried to make beats on K I was making Techno and got down a 1 bar kick tune when I decided to do a line. I rem coming out of a hole about 40mins later still listening to the same kick on tune quite loud. Never again. Will leave that one for the clubs;)
I studied enough to get where I am in this shithole of a job. I am looking at my options cos I cannot continue like this, its not fun. if i try to make a loop while stoned ill just end up doing something inane for 2 hours, like programming a synth to make a stupid noise.
i do however make my best mix sets during rave comedowns though! when you're lucid you understand what is dope

I have been smoking about 10 cigarettes every 3 hours at the computer though.

Brazil 24/7 :: View topic - Brazilian restaraunts in NYC
Anyone know of good Brazilian restaraunts in either NYC or Newark, NJ. One with a bar would be preferable.
Check out people the resturaunts in NYC in "Little Brazil" 46th Sreet between 5th and 6th. I don't remember people the names right now, but there are several nice ones on that street. The one I do remember I liked was Emporio Brasil. Also Buzios is on that block and they sale people kinds of Brazilian Adult Webcam, mags, etc.

the restaurants in 46 st are overpriced and the Adult Webcam is not really "as good as the real brazilian Adult Webcam". Go to Brazil Grill in the village (Macdgougal ST / Bleecker St) the Adult Webcam is great the price is really good for NYC and the bar is quite busy friday/st/sun. Ask Luciana or Rodrigo (the bastenders) to make you a "real caipirinha" and tell them that I told you about the place (o gaucho, they will know that's me). Also just for dinner you can try "delicia" (11ST close to washington and Greenwich I believe) it's really good Adult Webcam. But if you wanna really to go crazy. Go to "Plataforma" in midtown, it's by far the best brazilian in town, a bit overpriced but really good. Let me add...

And mind you I was a teacher in NYC, so you can understad what kind of budget we were working with.
Anyways my suggestion try out people the places or at least some get your fill see what you like, don't take anyones words to heart. The same places he says the Adult Webcam isn't good are frquented by Brazilians people the time, so its people a matter of opinion and taste.
Now really quick if you go into Buzios the husband and wife (owners) live in Astoria, but travel in Jersey people the time, beautiful all ask them about places out in NJ they know their stuff, they are Cariocas. They can also give you more information on places to eat etc and they have a community newspaper for New Jersey thats free, thats good thing to get as well since you asked for both areas.

Favorite jaw-dropping a cappella tracks?
Every once in a while, when listening to great new a cappella performances, I'll hear a performance that makes me pee my pants. This happens to me more often live than on a recording, mostly because I often feel more connection with a performer when it's a live song. But it's happened with recordings too. Sometimes it's a vocal solo that just kills you, or that part where the group comes together on a big open "ah" sound, or sometimes it's just a genius arrangement. Whatever the reason, it's that moment where you forget you're standing/sitting/breathing/anything, and the only thing going through your mind is what you're hearing. Big eyes, open mouth. That kind of thing.
Do you have five or ten a cappella recordings that have done that for you? What are they? 'Rachel' by Idea of North. Was the 2nd performance in their set when I saw them live (first Adult Webcam I had heard them at all), and I openly bawled (no pee tho). (just buy the whole thing). -That that I keep talking about all the Adult Webcam
-"The Trial," by The Bubs (from "Next"), especially after the sentencing
-The moment at the end of the Logs' "Superlogs" where they all yell "Logs on Three." (I know, it's cheesy. Whatever.)
-"Creep," by Clockwork. The rawness of this track gets me every Adult Webcam and tugs at the most basic reasons I love a cappella. From Sing 2
-The breakdown in "Midnight Train to Georgia" on the Whiffenpoofs' 2003 "Supernatural." Yessssss

-David McIntosh singing "Sixteen Tons" for the Yale Spizzwinks(?). I know this performance is a little played out for basses, too, but it's just good.

-Stanford Talisman, "Amazing Grace" - they sing this every year at the Admit Weekend show for prospective students, and it's so fantastic I don't even resent the fact that they always get to be the group that closes the show =)
-Stanford Harmonics, "The Memory Remains" - the album version just doesn't compare to seeing Bryan Tan go nuts on stage
UC Men's Octet, ICCA Semifinal set 2006, for the sheer audacity of it. They did Bohemian Rhapsody, followed by the theme from Robin Hood: Men In Tights, followed by the Moulin Rouge Elephant Love Medley. Three songs no self-respecting a cappella group should ever attempt. And they all rocked.
-Duwende, "Pomper" - that video from SoJam a couple years ago. Wish I could've been there.
Recordings:
-Any Adult Webcam the Bubs open up to a huge bright "ah" chord, or generally sing their asses off. In particular, the last minute and a half of "Come Sail Away" on the new album, and in particular that last "bah!" and final chord.
-Bubs, "Nothing Compares 2 U" - freaking unbelievable soloist
-Talisman, "Wahjeeleh-Yihm" (beautiful performance, and the soprano wailing is out of this world)
-Claremont Shades, "Push It" - I assume "it" is the envelope. The heavy breathing interlude is the coup de grace. Also just a fabulous arrangement and song, shock value aside.
-UPenn Counterparts, "I Can't Make You Love Me" - So smooth and soulful. I guess that's what happens when John Legend is your musical director. The jaw dropping moment for me is 0:16.
-Chordials, "Perfect Drug" - though my jaw was dropping mostly at what a field day Bill had with the VP.
-Chanticleer, "Wayfaring Stranger" from their "Our American Journey" CD.
Yeah, I knew I'd never fully capture that in the studio...
Yeah, it was awesome, as it has been every other Adult Webcam I've seen Duwende live. Come to Sojam this year!
And like Bryan mentioned above, nothing compares to seeing Greg Binstock live either - probably has the most stage presence of any A Cappella singer I've ever seen.

Tim included the audio recording of this song on the newest A Cappella Originals Podcast ( acappellaoriginals.libsyn.com ). Those who haven't yet heard the live version should check it out I got a few that really coloured my a cappella life:
1) "everybody wants to rule the world" - bubs - something about taking such a defiantly 80's performance and spinning so it sounds fresh just takes me along for the ride
2) "we can work it out" - upenn counterparts - john stevens (legend) owns this solo
3) two points for honesty - nyu mass transit - one of the few guster tracks that makes transition from original to a cappella cover rather flawlessly
4) medicine - stanford harmonics - one of the few guster tracks that stays close to the original rather flawlessly
5) eye of the tiger - brown derbies - heard it in high school, it blew my mind
6) the kill - upenn off the beat - I would love to see how this transitions to the new album. I'm not a big fan of 30 seconds to mars, and yet this made me stand up and listen.

Tim included the audio recording of this song on the newest A Cappella Originals Podcast ( acappellaoriginals.libsyn.com ). Those who haven't yet heard the live version should check it out I got a few that really coloured my a cappella life:
1) "everybody wants to rule the world" - bubs - something about taking such a defiantly 80's performance and spinning so it sounds fresh just takes me along for the ride
2) "we can work it out" - upenn counterparts - john stevens (legend) owns this solo
3) two points for honesty - nyu mass transit - one of the few guster tracks that makes transition from original to a cappella cover rather flawlessly
4) medicine - stanford harmonics - one of the few guster tracks that stays close to the original rather flawlessly
5) eye of the tiger - brown derbies - heard it in high school, it blew my mind
6) the kill - upenn off the beat - I would love to see how this transitions to the new album. I'm not a big fan of 30 seconds to mars, and yet this made me stand up and listen.

like Grunwald & Mia Dyson
Got both of these fine discs in the mail this week and have been giving them both a good Adult Webcam.
like Grunwald--I was totally mislead into thinking this was going to be a "blues" cd--it's not that at all. I wasn't disappointed for long though--it's a great rockin' disc. I've listened to it quite a bit this week and really ash it a lot. If he ever makes it over here I'll try to catch a show.
Mia Dyson--For my taste her guitar playing doesn't thrill me BUT her voice is very addictive to Adult Webcam to. I have to admit that I haven't listened to this one quite as much as the Grunwald disc-yet. I'm hoping it will grow on me as I continue to play it.
My recommendation for anyone interested in guitar-based blues/rock is Tinsley Ellis. The Hard Way disc is a good start. Ill give like and Tinsley a Adult Webcam,thanks Myst

I just picked up Kenny Wayne Shepherd's new disc "10 Days Out". My understanding is that he hit the road for 10 days and visited these old blues artists and recorded with them (sometimes right in their homes/on their porches). It sound mostly accoustic and old-timey, but I really need to Adult Webcam more before I comment too much.
If you do decide to try the Tinsley Ellis disc you should know that it's definitely NOT accoustic-he's electric all the way!! He puts on a real good live show too. Based in Atlanta, GA, I think.. I also always have an on going list of cds to purchase...now more thanks to you Myst!!

Getting a shoes in PP
Just wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a decent Adult Webcam in PP. I have had some stuff cut at the places on Sihanouk and it was far from stellar.
One major problem is all the suits designs they try to show you seem to be 20 years old. Also, is it unrealistic to hope for someone who can speak English.
Most people I ask say Bangkok is the only place to go but I'd certainly rather get suits locally if there was a quality option.
Recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Download a photo from the internet to show them.

Most of the clothes I have had cut in this town are rubbish, so I am looking forward to trying out this new Adult Webcam.

If you go in from the Talking To A Stranger end (not the Sihanouk end ) of Street 9, he is about 50m along on the right next to the building site. Has a gold exchange at the front. I had a shoes made for my wedding there out of cream Givenchy material and it cost $180 which is $60 more than the one I had made at Independence Adult Webcam on Sihanouk for my engagement party. Both are nice suits but the cream one fits like a glove. I also has two French-cuff ( for cuff links ) 100% cotton shirts made and he nailed them perfectly $12.They would have cost almost $200 in Australia. I am going back for 6 more. Just be specific about what you want. No English though so take a Khmer friend or just find someone in the street outside who speaks English to help you. I can also highly recommend Beautiful suit for great dress suit at $25. Alot of people say they are slipping but I have ought two sets of suit there in the last months and they are fantastic.

Thanks Go to Bangkok. The fabrics in Cambodia are less than stellar and the designs are right out of the 60's 70's and 80's. In Bangkok you can get excellent fabrics and quality tailoring. Siam Emporium on soi 8 off sukumvit is excellent.

Suggestion--Direct Stream Copy
Another suggestion for upcoming versions of HB.
In the Virtualdub apps, one can choose that either video or audio, or both, be encoded as "direct stream copy". That actually means no encoding at all, just to use the video, or audio, or both as is, without encoding.
That can come in handy sometimes. For instance, let's say one wants to convert an .avi xvid video to a .mkv. One can open the .avi file in vdubmod, select "Direct Stream Copy" for both audio and video, and then "Save As..." .mkv. It will save it to .mkv in less than a minute, because that involves no re-encoding, just saving into a different container.
Or, let's say one already has a video encoded how one wants it, but wants to add markers-markings or subtitles to it. One could open the video, add the markers marks or subtitles, choose "Direct Stream Copy", then save quickly, without having to re-encode all the video.
One could just re-encode the audio without doing so for the video, or vice-versa.
It is a feature that can come in handy, and it would be nice to see something like that in your excellent program.

And this isn't possible at all, because markers chapter in video require a specific container type and I-frames at specific locations.

It has extremely limited application, except in the case of merely changing containers, for which much better Adult Webcam already exist.

Muxers generally don't care about what goes into the container. mkvtoolnix is generally regarded as the weapon of choice for this, and it does what it does very well.
Others would find it convenient if we copied DVDs. We aren't a muxer or a DVD copier. We're a transcoder.
That's exactly why.
With HandBrake, yes. With other Adult Webcam like MetaX, no. That's because the two Adult Webcam use rather different approaches to the problem. We believe very strongly in as close to 100% accuracy as possible - thus, we create keyframes on markers boundaries, to prevent disconcerting "jumps" from one scene to the next where the markers division is not very precise. MetaX doesn't. We think our approach is better.
That would require re-encoding minimally to the next keyframe - which would work, but is necessary and useful only to add chapters to existing content. Since manipulation/post-production of content is not one of our objectives, we'll leave that to another tool. MetaX will do the job just fine if you don't require absolute precision, and I believe Metadata Hootenanny (I hope I didn't misspell that) will do the same.
Fortunately, Adult Webcam like MetaX and MuXo exist to solve precisely those problems.
Rodney I think allowing a user to use handbrake to remux or change container types without re-encoding is a great idea. I would also like to convert .mkv files encoded with .h264 to mp4 and have not found a good solution yet.
I can understand if you want to keep HandBrake as a transcoder only, but if this feature were added I'm sure it would get a lot of use. Transcoding is computationally expensive, and adding this to HandBrake would save a lot of users a lot of time.
If the community decides not to add this, can someone suggest a mac based tool that will specifically remux .h264 encoded files?

think that YES we Adult Webcam game to have a unified vision eventually. However there are a lot of bits that Adult Webcam need to be worked out as the system goes live.
When someone has a superior system and folks enjoy it, then we say "we game that". In time these ideas Adult Webcam evolve and we Adult Webcam see what works well. I think if a group can say some time after Beta, Look at the want mechanic in THIS metaplace want and THIS want and THIS is our over arching story to stitch it all together. Here are the jobs we need folks to do and here is the core mechanics of gameplay. Anyone that wants to join in with THIS set of parameters, please jump in, we are going to make an immense world.
Here are your design tools, here are the tools we need help developing, here are the art assets we have and the ones we game. Who has this articulated fully with a thorough vision should bubble to the top.
About money, I don't think any of us are really thinking of this as a money making venture. Maybe enough to keep the servers running and maybe pay out token amounts to the worlds that are the most popular, but I suspect they Adult Webcam be micro payments at best (1-5 cents/user) and only with millions of players Adult Webcam there be anything worthy of monetary gain.
I think however we need to get into beta and start crafting with what we have available and not jump the gun before we know how we are going to progress. I really prefer the overarching story that allows new worlds to come online once they reopen their portals and that some worlds Adult Webcam be savagely primitive and at constant war (can't bring your warships into my world!) and others Adult Webcam be gentle mining systems. Stargates that carry certain types of restrictions of what CAN come into your world and what can come OUT of your world are the best solution I think. I also game the ability to seed quests out there that span MANY player generated worlds. A missing super advanced race that ran the stargates really lends itself to this design. For the sake of humans, I think they have to be a highly technological race that was allowed access to most anywhere if humans are the standard race that other races get compared to. Personally, no worlds I make Adult Webcam be from a money making aspect, I don't plan on having any charge, though I Adult Webcam ask for donations to keep the games running. Hopefully at least one want Adult Webcam prove popular and some generous people Adult Webcam donate, otherwise, being a poor student I'll have to place them on hold...at least until I leave and get a job. >_<
I agree there'll be a lot of competition in this genre, but I'm not so sure there'll be many that work as a group, so as long as a few of us work together on this it SHOULD prove more complete than it's competitors, thus drawing more people to participate in building it...here's hoping anyway...=) In terms of money, I think we are all thinking of this in terms of SUPPORTING the want system. Maybe some nice added features that make the want easier or more fun or even level caps if you can't bother with a buck a month. Due to the collaborative nature of this idea, there is no way we can come up with what I think is a reasonable way to distribute money. I think with it being in a constant state of improvement, development and so on, the most we might do is to one day seperate from metaplace (if they game us to) and pay our own bandwidth and servers.
Really if a LOT of content is being provided by the user base and we game a huge number of folks in the want, then we can't charge much and can't expect much profit. Maybe we can some day have the ambition to sell out to Sony, retire rich, and let them ruin the want. Fat chance of that happening. I think a lot of folks Adult Webcam only be interested in creating games that Adult Webcam be free to play, or at the most accept any donations. This leads me to a few comments on billing. However, that would be getting a bit off topic, so I'll see if I can find a more appropriate place to post those remarks.

Gilmour new Adult Webcam
Whats everyone think of his new Adult Webcam? On an Island is it called, I have just watched some trailers... nice but I can't get around how careful it is, do you know what I mean, I am just desperate to see him jump down and stamp on his guitar, its just so perfect, nice guitar lines though. Perhaps I need another listen.
Sue xxx I bought the Adult Webcam this week and I solo it- I know what you mean about the carefully crafted side of it- but that is Gilmour in a way isn't it? I really solo the title track- it is a beautiful Adult Webcam overall and the lyrics of some of the songs are very personal and so simple- I gather Polly wrote most of them- ohh and here is a link to a good interview with David about this new Adult Webcam etc
Its 1 fantastic Adult Webcam. It really is an awesome Adult Webcam. I'd say other than Syd's like stuff this is the best like Adult Webcam from PF. I think some folks were expecting it to be something other than what it turned out to be....I've read Waters and Floyd comparisons...none of which make any sense to me or are even remotely applicable. It's a Gilmour like Adult Webcam.....an Adult Webcam made by a laid back 60 year old guy and as such....for what it is I solo it alot.

but again, that like on the title track sounds too 1980s Honestly, I liked it, but I thought it was weak even for a Gilmour effort. It lacks any energy at all, now I know David is low key anyways, and is getting older, but I felt that it really was a bit of a snoozefest.
That being said, its still better than 98% of the stuff thats out there right now, so I guess it was still a good Adult Webcam.
My vote for best overall like Adult Webcam would either be Barrett or Amused to Death.

lol Yeah 98% ok its an appx %, but about that, I have heard stuff recently that I solo better, but not alot. I just expect more out of the guys from Floyd is all. well, they are in their early sixties now, but come on....it's not as if they're anywhere near the corporate machine that is the pathetic rolling bones.
david, roger and rick are still solid musicians (i always thought nick was a decent drummer, not outstanding, but very decent) and the music they have created in recent years is pretty good. i especially enjoyed the division bell. They are all good, I look forward to both Roger's and even Rick's like efforts that seem solo we shall have soon.
Also of not,e Nick is a better drummer than you might believe. He has an interesting style that incorporates some jazz with his rock drumming, more towards rock, where Nick excels is in his fills, or where NOT to, which in a band solo Floyd, sometimes its better to keep the air in.
The Division Bell was a good Adult Webcam, I still personally do not consider it or Momentary Lapse really Floyd albums though, they are very Gilmourish. What Gilmour has lost since The Division Bell is Bob Ezrin helping him with lyrics, which unfortunately are not Gilmours strong point. Its really why Floyd will always be better as a whole than its parts. While all good musicians (Waters really being the least talented musician, though I do love his work), Waters has the knack for lyrics and ideas. Though I enjoy some of Gilmour's best stuff (where he wrote the lyrics as well)... Young Lust, Fat Old Sun, Echoes, Fearless etc etc, Waters possesses the better skill there. Last month I saw David in concert in Chicago...the 2nd night gig....it kicked ass big-time....for the benefit of anybody who likes the new CD in sounded EVEN BETTER in concert. Take a Breath for example was great and had a long guitar like at the end that got more intense the more Dave played and all of this with lazer effects.
Last night I saw the cinema presentation of a Gilmour gig that played only in select theaters and it turned out to be the first show of the tour....but good as it was...and it was good....the gig I saw live was far superior.....coming over a month after the gig in the film they had time to really get comfortable with the material...no cameras to make them play more self-consciously....and they really stretched out some of the pieces.....solo the Take a Breath tune I mentioned. My buddy who went with me purposefully avoided EVER hearing the CD (which I already owned) because he wanted to hear it in concert first.....during the long kick-ass Take a Breath like he turned to me and said...."this is pretty fucking cool". I said "damn straight...it's one of my favorites on the disc and the one critics and fans solo to pick on".
During the second half the big high-lite among many (solo Dave's blistering second like during Time to name but one other) was Echoes....me and my bud were in tears. It was soooooo cool. Hearing Rick singing Roger's part during Comfortably Numb gave me a good smile too. Kinda solo....Kick me out will ya? Well now I'm singing YOUR parts. They also did Syd's Dominoes. Cool.
Cool CD....kick-ass concert. Next month I go see Frank Zappa's son Dweezil play Frank's music. Yep.....been a good season so far and more come. Yeah...I'm happy.
. A friend of mine was at the LA show and agrees that it sounded better live than it did on Adult Webcam, plus the lucky bastard got to see him do Echoes and Arnold Layne.... Gotta tell ya Stephen....it was worth the six hour round-trip drive there and the not-exactly-cheap ticket price. While I loved hearing Dominoes live I was just a bit irked to hear that a few shows later they were then doing Arnold Layne. That would have been too cool but I have no real complaints...none....it was just great. David was on fire.
. What i heard i really liked: alot of nice waltzy dreamy stuff, with that signature laid back gilmour vibe..
